Five days into my new position as CEO it is wonderful to have the opportunity to introduce myself to so many members and friends of Playgroup WA.

Having worked in the Child and Family services industry for the last 20 years - with time spent in WA, NSW, NT and in London - I am now very excited to be working with such a well established and respected organisation.

I will draw upon my work experiences to assist families across the State, supporting the wonderful work done by playgroup parents, volunteers, staff and our Board.

The new Federal Government interest in early years services makes this an especially important time to be arriving at Playgroup WA. I am very keen to ensure that the voices of our members are heard in policy deliberations and look forward to meeting many of you in person.
