Playgroup SA is able to offer several different types of membership to suit you and your families individual needs.

• Affiliated Playgroup: This is a playgroup which has paid its annual affiliation fee and requires that all members of its playgroup join Playgroup SA Inc. The cost of Playgroup Affiliation for 2008:
  
  

  Bronze Cover: Contents up to $5000	$30
  Silver Cover: Contents up to $10,000	$40
  Gold Cover: Contents up to $25,000	$75
  Premium Cover: Contents up to $50,000	$150

  
  
• Family Membership: Families who attend affiliated playgroups in South Australia must pay an annual membership to attend and to be offered the benefits described in 'Membership Benefits'. Each member has the option of paying membership yearly, or by term. Once membership fees have been received by the Playgroup Coordinator they are issued with a membership card and membership can be used by the family in a number of playgroups simultaneously, provided the groups are members of Playgroup SA. The membership is NOT TRANSFERABLE from one family to another and is NOT REFUNDABLE. The Membership Card also entitles the holder to a variety of discounts/benefits through Australian Baby Card.
  
  
• Family Day Care Membership: This membership option allows the carer to bring along to playgroup up to 4 children including their own child. These families can change throughout the year provided that Playgroup SA Inc. is notified of these changes as they occur. Family Day Care Membership can be paid either yearly or every term.
  
  
• Professional Membership: This membership suits individuals who work / study within the early childhood / children's services sector and would like ongoing access to resources and professional support. The Professional Membership fee for 2008 is $110.
  
  
• Full Association Membership: is for Playgroup SA Members who are interested in the affairs of the Association. This level of membership entitles the member to voting rights at Playgroup SA Annual General Meeting and Special General Meetings and to stand for election on the Board of Management. There is no additional fee to upgrade to Full Association Membership.
