This month Playgroup NSW announces the 2009 Parents Conference and how you can get involved. There is information about our raffle, speaker tour and Date of Joining membership. Playgroup NSW Parents Conference is on again this year, so come and join us for a fantastic day on Saturday, August 29 at the Mingara Club, Tumbi Umbi for a special and exclusive presentation to Playgroup NSW members – and it’s free.
Guest speaker is the original Australian baby whisperer Sheyne Rowley who has worked extensively with children and their families for nearly 20 years. This will be Sheyne’s last presentation to Playgroup so don’t miss this great opportunity for insights into her unique strategies to resolve child’s sleep time issues. She will also be available to autograph her book.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Dangerous dummies recalled
The Office of Fair trading has issued a warning and recalled two baby dummies that pose a potential choking hazard.
The dummies are the Baby Joy Orthodontic Pacifiers Soft Natural Latex and the Baby Pacifier 2 which both failed stringent safety tests.
