National Playgroup Week is here, bigger and better, promising to be an amazing celebratory week for playgroups across Australia.
In NSW, everyone has put in an extraordinary effort to get so many events off the ground. There is a full listing and a link to the events at the end of this newsletter so look for your nearest location and join in the celebration.

World’s Biggest Playgroup Day
Our signature event is at Holroyd Gardens in Merrylands this Wednesday, March 25 and it’s going to be BIG!
Activities start at 10am, with face painting, giant bubble blowing, wet chalk, cutting and drawing, collage, pasta threading, stamping and tunnels.
The main stage entertainment kicks off at 11am with Wild Aussies, Captain Bandanna and everyone’s favourite Dorothy the Dinosaur on at noon.
There will also be Specialty Castles, one of the biggest jumping castles ever seen, the Tumble Town Mobile Fun Softplay Centre and the Misty Ridge Animal Farm.
We would love to see you there, at Holroyd Gardens, cnr Pitt and Walpole Sts, Merrylands from 10am to 1.30pm.

Crayola
Thanks to Crayola, we are able to roll out so many different activities on the day.
Look out for cutting, stamping, collage, card making, painting, drawing activities with each group supervised by a Playgroup NSW worker and a helping hand from the students at Bankstown Girls High School.
