Playgroup NSW is delighted to continue to support Playgroups with the 2011 Annual Raffle.  

If your Playgroup is planning to fundraise this year we encourage you to participate in the Raffle as the hard work has already been done for you.

Last year, Playgroups raised over $35,000 for various activities session fees, play equipment and resources!  This year’s Raffle has over $12,000 worth of prizes including an exciting $6000 family holiday as first prize and other great family friendly prizes.

Tickets are $2.00 each and are available in books of ten. A limit of 20 books for single session Playgroups, and 50 books for multi-session Playgroups applies to each order.

You may re-order upto this limit once your previous order has been sold and returned.

As in previous years, your Playgroup will retain $1.00 for each ticket sold, however new conditions do apply for groups that return a large amount of lost or unsold books. These conditions are outlined below.

Conditions

One person from each Playgroup is needed to coordinate your Playgroup’s fundraising efforts.  This task includes ordering and distributing tickets, collecting and reconciling funds and following up lost or late tickets.  A statutory declaration must be completed for any books that are not returned.

To order tickets, please complete the order form. Unfortunately phone orders can not be accepted. Given the large volume of Playgroups participating, we ask that you complete the details on the form accurately ensuring the correct Playgroup name and contact person are included.

Sell raffle tickets online

This year we are helping our Playgroups reach more people by establishing a fundraising page with GoFundraise!

In addition to selling books of raffle tickets, you will also able to send a link to your family and friends to buy electronic raffle tickets for your Playgroup by email, facebook or Twitter.
