If you are looking for a different playgroup venue or are thinking of starting a new group, you may consider Lanyon Playgroup House at Lanyon Marketplace in Conder.
This is a free standing building, specially built for playgroups. It has a large play area, kitchen/wet area, toilet and storeroom. The outdoor area has a shade cover, is fenced and has a storage chest, bikes, sandpit and toys. Indoors, there is a collection of toys, puzzles, blocks, cars and books as well as a dolls house and home area.
There is a hire fee for playgroup members meeting at Lanyon.
The fees cover:
- Rent
- Bathroom consumables
- Purchase and replacement of toys/equipment
- Provision of cleaning items
- Professional clean twice a year
- Regular maintenance and repairs
